Description:

The 3-in-1 cooling system kit boasts three great functions: coolant pressure testing, coolant filling, and temperature measurement . A hand-pump cooling system pressure tester can diagnose radiator leaks and, if necessary, help quickly drain used coolant. The pneumatic vacuum coolant filling tool extracts trapped air and refills the cooling system in minutes without creating air bubbles. A thermometer checks whether the coolant temperature is too high.

The 28-piece universal radiator pressure leak test kit includes 17 color-coded radiator test adapter caps and a universal rubber cone adapter that fits almost all radiator openings on most domestic and international vehicles. It also includes three radiator cap adapters and two radiator cap leak detection connectors. All parts are included in the box, fully specified, and easy to install.

The pressure detector for the radiator hand pump features a high-quality aluminum cylinder and a precise, shock-resistant gauge design (color-coded 3-inch dial, 0-35 PSI/0-2.5 bar). The vacuum coolant filler is made of reliable brass and plastic materials. 21-inch and 18-inch rubber hoses and brass parts are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Various air hoses are supplied with American and European-style airlocks. Includes a transparent coolant fill hose and vent hose. A stainless steel thermometer (scale range: 0-200°C/32-400°F)

Connect the correct adapter cap to the manual air pump for the radiator coolant pressure test, pressurize the cooling system, and observe the change in the needle of the built-in pressure gauge. The faster the drop, the more serious the leak. The test only takes about ten minutes, and the coolant is injected under vacuum for 5–10 minutes. Radiator failures are often caused by cracks, leaks, and adding coolant without a vacuum, which leads to more expensive engine repairs and replacements. Note: Do not use this tool kit for any other purpose.
